Via Giulia. It is just close to Piazza Navona, Campo de Fiori and 10 minutes
walk to the Pantheon, Castel Sant'Angelo and St.Peter's.
This charming large apartment is on the first floor and it has an
independent entrance. It is a newly renovated 14th century building.
It is on two levels connecting with a stairecase:
First level has a large warm living-room with two white sofas, an arm-chair.
There are 3 windows giving natural day-light. The beamed ceiling and the parquet floor complete with the selected furniture a remarkable taste of the owners. There is a dining-room with a
six-seat table and a wooden bookshelves and cupboard.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary cooking supplies.
On this level, there is the first full bathroom with a bath-tub.
Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms:
First bedroom has 2 single beds (can be joined into a queen size bed) and a
wardrobe. The room has 2 windows which make it bright and sunny.
Second bedroom has a queen size bed, a walk-in closet, built-in bookshelves,
and from this bedroom there is the entrance to the third bedroom which has a
single bed, an olive wood wardrobe and an antique secretaire.
The single bedroom has 2 windows which make it bright and sunny.
Please note that to enter into the single bedroom you must pass through the
queen bedroom.
On this level, there is also the second full bathroom with a glassed box-shower.
Amenities: telephone, satellite TV, safe-box, washing-machine, dish-washer,
iron, ironing board and hair-dryer.
There are not any additional charges.
A security deposit of U$S 400 is needed, which covers any damages or Breakage and will be returned on your departure. |
